Our Mission Our mission is to provide excellent technical support and customer service through creative and innovative information technology solutions. Why do we do what we do? Because we Care Technology is what we know best. But it is not the only reason why we chose to be in this business. The other imporatant reason of course is the desire to provide excellent customer service which I can assure you is not as common as you may think. Other techical support staff members may have sufficient technical experience but very often they fail to perform their job succesfully because they lack the knoweldge or the motivation to help others who are less fortunate technologically speaking and how to take care of someone in their most difficult situations.
If you are not patient or if you are not good with people or you just don't care about people, then this line of work is not for you. You have to care about people and they have to know you care so they can trust you and rely on you when they need you the most.
We have had situations when customers called us in the middle of the night thinking they will leave a message to be surprised that a live person is on the other end of the phone. Of course we are not open 24 hours a day but it is a relief for someone in crisis to know that there is someone there at that time to answer their questions and assure them that their data is safe and that someone will take care of the issue first thing in the morning. Usually these customers are by your door waiting for you to open and they are relieved when they feel you care about them and their problem and that you are doing everything in your power to help them out.
We had situations where people cried after their data was all restored and all wedding pictures and pictures of their babies' first steps were brought back when they thought they will never see them again. Some said "I will lose my job if the calendar and emails are not restored" or "my boss is going to fire me" because they never bothered to back up a calendar with 6 months worth of customer appointments or an address books with 1500 clients. Some lost all their tax information for the entire year only to find out we were able to recover all the information for a failed hard drive. We are for computers what vets are for pets or doctors for humans. We diagose the problem and treat it with the utmost care possible. People today are so much attached to their computers just like they are to their pets or even more. Some feel they can not do without their computer for one day. That is why the second most commmon question we get after "how much?" is "how long?". How long will it take to fix my computer? Well usually it is 24 to 48 hours but sometimes it may take a little longer if parts are not in stock. Of course it is impossible to stock all parts because there are so many makes and models but we do stock the most common ones.

Of course we will never be the cheapest because with that comes a compromise: quality is not what it should be. Quality is our number one concern and we do the jopb right the first time. Computer repair cost can add up sometimes because parts are not cheap especially with Apple mac computers. We can control the cost for labor but the cost for part, it is what it is. It can not be negociated because we have to buy the parts just like anyone else you go to. We try not to use used parts because we dont know how long they will last but if the customer insists on them to cut cost we may do that per their request. But remember we do not recommend used parts and that there is no warranty on used parts. Of course we are not going to install something that will break the next day because we do test the used parts before installing them but it s a chance you take when you decide to go with used parts.
Some people bring parts they buy on ebay or elsewhere to save a buck or two only to find out that the part is the wrong size or that it does not work. if you are not 100 % sure you know what are doing, please leave that to us because we know more about parts that you do.
Another common problem we run into is people asking for the cost of an LCD screen replacement over the phone. Well, It is really hard to give a price over the phone because not all screens are the same. They vary in size, 15.4 or 15.6? resolution, glossy or not LCD or LED, connects from the right or connects from the left, was it made in Taiwan or in Hong Kong? It is only when you open the laptop that you can tell what screen the computer has. There is a serial number in the back of the screen that tells us what kind of screen we need.
